If your candle is damaged in shipping please email us at crescentmoonjewelryandcrafts@gmail.com  within 15 days of order and we’ll help you process a return and get another candle.

Be sure to include a photo of the damaged candle and shipping box and your order number in your email.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you don't like the candle fragrance you ordered.

If you'd like to try out our scents before committing to a full purchase or subscription, we offer Try-Us-Out Sets. Each Try-Us-Out Set includes 5 single use tealight candles and sells for $15, including free shipping. The $15 purchase can be credited toward a new subscription.

Note: Each tealight candle has a burn time of 1-2 hours so you can try out the fragrance before purchasing full-size candles or subscriptions. We suggest burning the tea lights in a small space such as a bathroom or bedroom for the best scent experience.
